Tips to Sleep Better at Night.

Sleep is the most important pillar of Maharshi Ayurveda. When it comes to taking care of health, a good sleep plays an important role as food and diet. It has undeniable health benefits as it reducing stress and restoring the energy level, when you are sleeping your body starts repairing and rejuvenate the tissues.

When you feel that your learning and recalling power becoming weak, it simply means you have sleeping imbalance. If you trying to sleep and your mind is thinking of the stories that happened in past or today, and you are not able to move from yourself from the feelings.

It’s the only cause why you are not getting a good night sleep. And if by chance you fall asleep you'll wake up regularly because your mind is not calm.

1. Warm Bath

Taking a fine warm shower or bath in the evening helps your body to feel more relaxed, then your body cools down, then bring you a better sleep. Plus you must know what are the benefits of drinking hot water.


2. Sleep Naked

Sleeping naked help to control your temperature. Get a suitable temperature using sheets, pillows and blankets. The warm sleep is better than cold side.


3. Changing Position

Sleep in different positions. Changing the sleeping poses makes a large difference in quality sleep. When you fall asleep and if you wake up earlier in middle night try these quick tips to fall asleep again.
      
      A. Put yourself in "mid-line" position. Where your neck and head are held about straight. It will help you to sleep better.
      B. You must avoid sleep on stomach. It’s quite difficult to maintain a proper pose, and it may cause pains and aches.  


4. Use Comfortable Pillow

If your pillow is too much tiny, your head will turn behind which is uncomfortable. Moreover, don't stack. Try to put a pillow between your legs that will strengthen your hips. Which provides proper relaxation to your body and help in a good sleep.


5. Try to Sleep in Dark Place

The exposure of the light may cause a bad sleep. Diminish the exposure of light a few hours before going to bed. Turn off the light before going to sleep, stop watching TV and using smartphones or laptops.


6. Avoid Music

This smartphone generation habitually listening music during sleep. Try to avoid this bad habit atleast two hours before. It really helps you to sleep better.
