The Right Way To Drink Water For Better Health

How to Drink Water - Water is an essential element for life on the earth. It is one of the most useful elements for humans. Its basic work is cleaning. It is also very important to humans as 70% of the human body is made of water. Water, in its pure form, has no color, no taste and pH of 7. 



There are many of us who are unknown to the effects of ways of drinking water. So we are telling  you some of the less known effects of water on the human body.

1. Maintain Water Level.

As we know the fact that human body contains 70% of the water. Waste Water is eliminated from the human body in the form of urine and sweat. So we need to drink fresh water to maintain the water level in the body. Fewer people knows that a healthy person should drink 5 liters of fresh water per day to maintain the water level in the body. 

But many people don't drink enough water required to the body and hence face the side effects on skin, stomach and body growth. That's why gym person advised drinking approximately 5 liters of water per day they sweat more because of the workout. But the reality is every person should drink approximately 5 liters of water par day.

2. Best Position To Drink Water. 

It may amaze you to know that the position of the person while drinking water is also very important. Drinking water in sleeping position is not good for the health. 

Our knee caps are filled which a gel which is helpful in the movement of knees. If we drink water in sleeping position there are chances that some water drops may go to the knee caps and mixed with knee gel. This can cause a problem in our knees. 

So we should avoid drinking water in sleeping position. Drinking water in standing position is also not very good because it puts pressure on our urinal system. The best position of drinking water is sitting position. But generally, people drink water in the standing position which is not very helpful to the health.

3. Drinking Hot Water Early Morning. 

Hot water has so many good effects on our body. And the best time to drink hot water is early in the morning. Hot water helps kill germs of the stomach and also strengthen the digestion system. It also eliminates toxins from our body. Everyone should drink minimum a glass of water before sleeping and after waking up in the morning. Because when we are sleeping, our body can't get water for a long period of 7-8 hours. It is also good if a person wakes up in the Midnight to drink water.

4. Lunch and Dinner Time.

When a person eats food, so many enzymes are released in the stomach to digest the food. If we drink water in this period it affects the whole digestion process of the food. Because the water dilutes the enzymes which are released by our body to digest the food.

This is one reason why many people put on weight in the stomach area. So it is advised that one should not drink water while having lunch and dinner. In an ideal situation, a person should not drink water for a period of one hour before and after lunch and dinner.

5. Qualities of Drinking Water. 

Drinking water must have some qualities which are beneficial for the human body. The pH level of drinking water is between 7 to 9.5 which means water should have a healthy level of minerals like calcium and magnesium. Drinking water should be filtered from unhealthy toxic. We should not boil drinking water very much because it also destroys its minerals. 

The taste of drinking water should be good so that one can drink enough water easily. So we hope now you know what are the best ways and qualities of drinking water which are healthy for human body.
