1. Burning Feeling In The Stomach
If you have a hard burning sensation in the abdomen or a gastritis issue, you must not fast. Yet if you do, make sure you take proper cares.
2. Vomiting
An emesis sensation shows gastric irritation and electrolyte asymmetry in the body. Therefore, it is not fit to continue your fast.
3. Unconsciousness
If you are not feeling okay and going to fall anytime or feeling weak, it is an indication to your brain, that your body required glucose supply to your body. Stop fasting immediately if you feel unconscious. And take fruit juice it will recover your body very fast.
4. Pain In Chest or Abdominal Areas
During fasting if you feel any kind of the pain in your stomach or chest, it's a clear symptom that you should stop your fast as soon as possible. However, you are doing it for some kind of spiritual reasons, you must know that "health is wealth", never forget that health is the primary priority.
5. Diarrhea
Diarrhea happens when you take the wrong fruits, food or fruit juice. It may also occur due to quality or the quantity of the food which are you going to use. If you feel that you are not well and you might caught with such kind of issue you should stop fast quickly.
6. Menstruations
If you are not fit physically or you are menstruating, Stop fasting. Only a healthy body can survive the fast. If you feeling weak, ill or uncomfortable I suggest you to stop your fast. Because health is the only thing that you should take care of, not the fast.
A Right Way To End The Fast
Breaking the fast is an important part of fasting. Since your body is in the comfortable phase when you fast, your stomach stretch and the organs also become idle.
However, after the fast, you are deadly hungry, but never attack food. After fast take a light meal. Try to avoid heavy food like starchy food or non-vegetarian food. Drinking fruit juice or light green food is the best option to end the fast.
